What is Coaching Psychology

As a coaching psychologist, I use evidence-based approaches to help clients

How many sessions?

Coaching can bring about rapid change. We can discuss how many sessions you will need before we start.

What others are saying

"What I liked very much about working with Julie is that she took my starting position onboard and asked me what I wanted in life. She helped me to think about things in a different way which helped me recognise that work was a part of my life. Putting things in perspective has helped me feel less anxious."

Yvonne, Accountant

"Julie was understanding and showed empathy. She coped with my style of communication and came up with lots of ideas that we were able to work on together. Julie was great and I would highly recommend her."

George, NHS Manager

"My coaching sessions were fun, but Julie made me work hard. It was like having a workout for my mind. I learnt about strategies I could use you help manage my anxiety and this has helped me at work and in my personal life. These sessions were really useful as they helped me understand what I have to offer and what I can do."

Jane, Social Worker
